Leave delivery notes at checkout and we will leave it with the concierge, at the door, or in a shaded spot. Fruit left outside is at your own risk in our weather.

24-hour freshness guarantee

We will only honor fruit reported spoiled within 24 hours of delivery. If an item is the wrong one, the wrong quantity, or missing from the box, tell us and we will put it right. Once accepted, we replace it on the next delivery or credit it against your next order. See Returns.

Because we buy in small lots, occasionally something sells out between your order and packing. We message you with a substitution of equal or greater value before we pack, and you can accept it, swap it, or have it refunded.
